Starting from August 1st, 2019, for those covered by the National Health Insurance (NHI) but who did not bring their insurance card during a medical visit, and had to cover their own expenses for treatment (according to the regular fee schedules): you can receive a reimbursement by bringing your NHI card and the receipt from your medical visit during regular visitation hours (morning clinics between 9:10-11:40; afternoon clinics between 14:10-16:40; afternoon clinics will not be offered Tuesday-Friday during winter break) to the payments room , within 10 working days of your treatment. The reimbursed expenses are the costs partly born by the insurance that are deducted from the insurance payable.
